I am Yann TOBA, founder of The Upgrade and a mental preparation coach specializing in sports. My lifelong passion for the world of sports led me to discover the power of mental preparation as I sought to strengthen my own skills and be ready for competition.
This experience revealed how often this essential aspect is overlooked by both athletes and coaches, despite its critical impact.
Today, I support athletes of all levels who wish to fully realize their potential and achieve their goals successfully.

It starts with a meeting, a human connection. We’ll get to know each other, discuss your projects and goals. From there, we will establish the steps, resources, and actions to implement together.
Similar to physical training, we recommend a coaching period of 6 to 12 months, depending on progress and goals. Immediate results are not feasible.
Prices are available upon request.
Mental preparation coaching is first and foremost a journey, an opportunity for deeper self-knowledge. It is not strictly aimed at achieving specific results like a time, ranking, or title. The main goal is to better manage pressure, stress, and emotions. If this is achieved, we can say we’ve succeeded!
For young athletes (minors), sessions generally last 30 to 45 minutes. For adults, a session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
